What kind of toys and books can I expect?
It depends on what age category your box is for, but Giggleboos aims to curate the best toys and books that will help your child develop their skills, both physically and mentally in a fun manner.
Can I buy just one box without subscribing?
Want to test the waters? You can defintely do that. You can turn off auto-renewing your subscription by logging into your account. You can always turn it back on when you’re ready.
Can I switch between boxes during my subscription?
Yes, you can! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are more than happy to assist.
How many items do I get in my box?
This depends on what size box you’d like to receive. A Mini Toy Box will have 1 toy and 1 book. A Regular Toy Box will have 3 toys and 1 book. A Full Size Toy Box will have 4 toys and 2 books.
Can I buy a box as a gift?
Yes, absolutely! This is a great gift if a friend, relative or colleague of yours has a kid’s party coming up and distance and time is a challenge for you. After you choose your box size and age category, you can tick a box to confirm that it’s a gift!
Will I be notified when my box has shipped?
Yes! When your box is shipped you will receive an email notification at the email address you used to sign up for your subscription.
When can I expect my box?
Our boxes are shipped out on the 20th of every January, March, May, July, September and November. They should reach you within 5 business days. If your box is missing, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll find out for you.
When will I be billed?
New customers will be charged the day they purchase a box, after that subscriptions will automatically renew on the 11th of the month before the ship out on the 20th. You will get a notification a couple of days before you are renewed in case you'd like to make some changes.
What about all these old toys that I have?
Trust us, we get it. Those toys and books build up quickly. One of the things Giggleboos is trying to do is making toy and book donations easier for families. Stay tuned to this space! But for the moment, there are plenty of wonderful organisations that can come to you to pick up donations:

That’s great! We understand your frustration on having duplicates, unfortunately, you can’t send toys or books back to Giggleboos. They do make excellent gifts for another child however.
Do you deliver internationally?
No unfortunately, Giggleboos is only available to Australian customers…for now!
What is your delivery policy?
All Giggleboos boxes include free shipping. We only ship within Australia...for now!
What is your refund policy?
Giggleboos does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds.
